in this game you work as a lawyer in defence of people accused of murder, in the first case, you have to prove in the court the innocence of your friend, who got accused of murdering his girlfriend, you'll have to look for clues to prove him not guilty in only 3 trials, and having limited accusations, so you have to look carefully which clue is the right one for such moment, the witnesses will give their version of the story, and you have to find discrepancies in their testimonies, there will allways be plot twists, revealing the original person wasnt guilty, and then finding the actual murderer, in the first case, you discovers the innocence of your friend and the actual culpit was just a whoever thief, but things get actually interesting in further cases, with more and more memorable characters, with great puns in their names each, the one im recommending is the trilogy, comming with all the 3 games and extra cases from the nintendo ds version of the trilogy.
if im recommending this game if because i like it, obviously, so, in my opinion, its great, its fun to gatter clues and find the real bad guy, sometimes the clues are a bit over the top so dont feel ashamed if you look for walkthroughs, its a great game in general, i heard its like dangarompa, never played and really couldnt care less, cuz i have ace attorney already, it have some real funny stuff in it, its a great time in general, shame its expensive as hell, at least in Brazil, for a game that just a bunch of png, it sure is a lot, but you dirty americans can probably afford it, so have fun.
